Our custom kitchen with granite counters is well equipped with all the amenities for a gourmet cook, dishwasher, microwave and a well equipped kitchen usually not found in a normal rental property. Or dine out as there are wonderful casual and fine-dining choices nearby.
Two bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths flank the spacious great room with a 55 Smart inch Plasma TV with WiFi and a soaring cathedral ceiling for dining and relaxing which opens to a large covered terrace.
Relax with a drink and enjoy the meticulous landscaped garden with private pool. Has all the amenities one would not expect in a rental home. Three plasma tv’s, cable and wireless internet service and not just basic cable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with sunken tub, shower and double sink vanity. Also an inventor air conditioner and a 32” TV.
Large closet with a safety deposit for your valuables and two his and hers dressers for your clothing. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath with shower and a 32” TV. Large closet and dresser for your clothes, plus the inverter air-conditioning you can regulate.
The upper deck terrace is a perfect place to sun yourself with a cool drink and enjoy the magnificent views of the island, ocean and high rise hotels.
Relax, with a cocktail under our poolside gazebo, have lunch, swim, splash, float and tan all in this secluded and private pool. Take your shoes off, sit back and enjoy the maintenance free lifestyle island living as we want you to enjoy the sun and our heavenly home.
Regular rates are $1900.00 a week for mid season and $ 2100.00 for high season. We do have different rates for Christmas and New Years, Easter, etc. Prices are based upon request.
We look forward to having you as our guests on this 'One Happy Island.’ There is an extra charge per person for more than 4 people.
We are offering a special discount rate October thru November please inquire for rates. Our policy is to always speak to a prospective renter as we get to know each other and also answers each other’s questions. Makes it more personal.
